Having a newborn now, I look at heat differently. I called and was connected with a highly intelligent, respectful, and down right A1 technician named Mike. Now, some people have experiences where companies want to suck you dry for as much money as you can. Mike did the complete opposite, today Mike was my partner. He jumped on FaceTime and we troubleshot the unit TOGETHER via FACETIME no company has ever done that before. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for assistance.
